Elegibilty

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

We remind you again: Before taking any action, verify these eligibility requirements with an independent source. Do not assume this document is accurate. The following individuals are not eligible for entry: current and recent employees, directors, and officers, plus their immediate family members or household members, of the Consortium of Manufacturers, MEGA MILLIONS Sweepstakes Payout and Processing Services Inc., Archives, or any other companies contracted by the Consortium of Manufacturers.

Immediate family includes spouses, domestic partners, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as in-laws or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.

How to Enter

Any eligible individual who pays utility bills on time or purchases any qualifying branded product affiliated with The Consortium of Manufacturers using their credit card, debit card, ATM card, or checkbook as a medium of payment is automatically qualified to be randomly selected to enter our monthly raffle for a chance to win one of the prizes listed below.

Only one (1) entry per household per raffle. Limit one prize per individual/household per 365 days.

The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of individuals that are randomly selected for entry in any given month.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded. Prizes are not transferable, redeemable, or exchangeable for any other prize, cash, or substitute, except at the sole discretion of The Consortium of Manufacturers.

Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by email only. No winner will ever be notified via text message, or social media. All winners are advised to keep their award strictly confidential until physical delivery of the prize is complete, as required by our privacy and security policies.

Important: Some scams pressure you to keep your win a secret so you don't ask for advice. We are advising confidentiality, but you should still speak with a trusted friend, family member, or financial advisor before taking any action. A legitimate promotion does not fear independent scrutiny.

If a winner cannot be contacted by telephone or email, is disqualified, or fails to respond within seven (7) calendar days of initial notification, The Consortium of Manufacturers reserves the right to determine an alternate winner (in which case an alternate winner will be drawn randomly) or to not award that winner's prize in their sole discretion.

Delivery of Prizes

All checks will be delivered in person to the winner's residence within 24–48 hours after all required brokerage fees have been received by the Claims Department of Sweepstakes Payout & Processing Services Inc., unless otherwise noted.

Deliveries are conducted by certified prize delivery agents accompanied by two (2) US Marshals for security and verification purposes. Winners or their designated legal representative must be physically present at the delivery address to accept the prize.

Please verify independently: The United States Marshals Service does not deliver sweepstakes prizes. You can confirm this by visiting www.usmarshals.gov or calling their public information line. If you find that our claim is false, you should disregard this entire promotion.

The Consortium of Manufacturers has pre-paid in full all insurance policies to cover any lost, stolen, misdirected, or damaged check. Winners will be refunded 100% of the total value of their check if lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit — provided the winner has complied with all fee requirements.

Payment of Taxes and Related Expenses

All checks are processed by our licensed broker at an offshore location to exempt winners from paying the thirty percent (30%) tax that federal law requires the IRS to charge on all lump-sum payouts. Independent verification requested: The IRS does not waive withholding taxes simply because a payment is processed "offshore."

You can confirm this by consulting IRS Publication 525 (Taxable and Nontaxable Income) or calling the IRS directly at 1-800-829-1040. If this statement contradicts official IRS guidance, you should consider this promotion fraudulent.

Each winner is solely responsible for:

All brokerage fees affiliated with their prize
Any expenses associated with any prize which are not expressly included as part of the prize
Legal stamp duties and document processing fees

Critical warning: Legitimate sweepstakes and lotteries do not require upfront fees to release a prize. This is a near-universal rule enforced by the FTC, USPS, and state gaming commissions. If we are asking you to send money before receiving your prize, you should research "advance-fee fraud" immediately and consider walking away.

Winners who pay the optional 1% upfront will receive expedited delivery and a reduced overall fee structure.

No prize will be scheduled for delivery until all required fees have been received and verified by our accounting department.

Redemption Period

All prizes must be redeemed within seven (7) calendar days of notification of winning, unless otherwise specified at the time of winning. If a winner fails to redeem a prize within this period, the winner forfeits the prize. No other prize will be awarded in its place to that individual.

General Conditions

By participating, winners agree to:

Allow The Consortium of Manufacturers to use their name, city, and state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation
Release The Consortium of Manufacturers, its affiliates, and agents from any and all liability arising from or related to the prize
Keep all information regarding their win confidential until delivery is complete, as failure to do so may result in forfeiture

However: Nothing in these rules should prevent you from discussing this promotion with a lawyer, financial advisor, law enforcement officer, or consumer protection agency. We encourage you to do so.

The Consortium of Manufacturers has no affiliation with and does not endorse any third-party prize sponsors, banks, or delivery services not explicitly named in these rules.

Limitation of Liability

The Consortium of Manufacturers is not responsible for:

Lost, late, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries
Any technical malfunctions or failures of any kind
Any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in this sweepstakes or from the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize

We also are not responsible if you ignore the warnings in this document and send money to someone who never delivers a prize. You alone are responsible for your own due diligence.

Disputes and Governing law

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without giving effect to any choice of law rules. Any legal action arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

Recommendation: Before initiating any legal action, you may wish to contact the Nevada Attorney General's office to ask whether this promotion has been registered or investigated.
